Orders & Shipping
Q: When will my box of joy arrive?
A: If you have pre-ordered a box, you box will be shipped on the date specified on the product page. For non pre-orders, we aim to pack and ship your goodies within 2–4 business days. After that, it’s up to the postie! Most orders arrive in 3–10 business days (depending on where in the world you are).
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: We sure do! From Sydney to Spain, our kits are well-traveled. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
Q: Can I track my order?
A: You bet. As soon as your box ships out, you’ll get a tracking number to stalk—we mean, follow—your parcel all the way home.
Subscriptions
Q: What’s the deal with subscriptions?
A: Subscriptions guarantee you’ll receive an Unwind box every 3 months. No need to set alarms or stress at pre-order time! As a subscriber, you’ll get 15% off the regular box price.
Q: Is there a minimum commitment?
A: Just a short one. We ask for a 6-month commitment (that’s two boxes) to kick things off. After that, you’re free to skip a box or cancel anytime by emailing us at hello@unwindco.com.au.
Q: Can I still gift a subscription?
A: You sure can! Subscriptions make beautiful gifts. Just make sure you pop the recipient’s name and address in at checkout so we know who to ship the boxes to! Want to include a gift note with the first box? Add it in the "Special Instructions" sections and we'll write the card for you.
Q: What if I want to pause or cancel my subscription?
A: Life happens—we get it. Just drop us a line at hello@unwindco.com.au and we’ll take care of it. Just make sure you reach out before the next box cut-off date (we’ll send a reminder!).
Returns & Refunds
Q: What if I change my mind?
A: We get it—sometimes things change! You can return your kit within 5 business days as long as it’s unused and still in its original, fabulous condition.
Q: My kit came a little worse for wear—help!
A: Yikes! That’s not the vibe. Send us a pic and your order number at hello@unwindco.com.au and we’ll sort it out quick-smart.
The Box
Q: What exactly comes in a box?
A: Think of it as a party in a box: all the tools, materials, and instructions you need to create something awesome. The product page lists exactly what’s inside—no surprises (unless you count how fun it is!).
Q: I’m a total newbie. Will I survive?
A: Totally. All projects are designed for beginners—with clear instructions, helpful tips, and sometimes even video guides. You’ve got this. We also recommend joining the Unwind Co Facebook Group to connect and learn with a cool community of crafters—some are newbies, some are pros, all are welcome.
Q: Will I need anything extra?
A: Unless it’s mentioned on the product page, you’re good to go straight out of the box. We like to keep things simple and stress-free.
Q: I missed out on purchasing a box and now they are sold out, will there be more?
A: We work hard to make sure there are enough boxes for everyone, but things do go out of stock sometimes—if you missed out, join the waitlist because we’re building new boxes all the time!

Q: How can I pay you?
A: We take all the usual suspects: major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Q: Can I stack discount codes like pancakes?
A: As tasty as that sounds, only one discount code can be used per order.
The Fun Extras
Q: Can I send an Unwind box as a gift?
A: Absolutely! You can add the recipient's delivery address at checkout, as well as leave a gift note in the "Special Instructions" section—We'll write the card for you.
Q: Can I purchase multiple Unwind boxes?
A: Of course you can! Unwind is made to be enjoyed with your pals. Gather together, pour some drinks, and get crafting. If you have questions on buying multiple boxes, drop us an email at hello@unwindco.com.au.

A: We’re based just north of Sydney NSW where we pack each box by hand with a whole lotta love.
