Cancellation policy

Some Unwind Co products are sold as subscriptions or limited-edition pre-orders. Here's how to manage each type of purchase.


Subscriptions

When you subscribe to Unwind, you’ll receive a seasonal delivery every 3 months (that’s 4 boxes per year). Subscriptions are billed quarterly and include 15% off the regular box price.

  • There’s a 2-box minimum commitment (6 months). After that, you’re free to cancel or skip future boxes.

  • To skip or cancel, simply email us at hello@unwindco.com.au at least 24 hours before the next pre-order opens (dates are listed on our product page).

  • If you cancel after the cut-off, your next box will still be delivered and charged as scheduled.

  • Subscription payments are securely stored and processed automatically each season.


Pre-orders and orders

All Unwind boxes are available in limited quantities via seasonal pre-order/order. Once you place a pre-order, your spot is locked in.

  • Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • If you need to update your shipping address, please email us before the pre-order opens.

  • We do not accept cancellations or refunds on pre-orders unless your order qualifies under our Returns Policy.

  • For non pre-orders, we aim to pack and ship your goodies within 2–4 business days. After that, it’s up to the postie! Most orders arrive in 3–10 business days (depending on where in the world you are).

Returns & Refunds

If you change your mind, you can return your kit within 5 business days—as long as it’s unused and in its original, fabulous condition. More details can be found in our Returns Policy.
