Their kits are about giving yourself a little challenge, opening up neural pathways, taking time to fully unwind and learn something new, and to be pleased with the finish and quality of the end result.

MEET CHLOE

Cotton Clara

Chloe Hardistry founded Cotton Clara in 2014 with a simple idea: craft shouldn’t feel complicated.

Her design-led kits remove the jargon so anyone can pick them up, start immediately and enjoy the calming benefits of making.

Created in her UK studio, often plastic-free and beginner-friendly, Cotton Clara kits are loved worldwide.

Chloe is responsible for the cross stitch and paper chain kits in our 2025 Summer Unwind box.

MEET BETH

Wild Emery

After 13 years as a wedding photographer and mum of two young boys in country Victoria, Beth swapped her camera for soap-making to find calm and purpose.

What began with a batch of black charcoal soap transformed into Wild Emery — a proudly Australian, artisan bath and body brand. Each item is designed so you can enjoy a little luxury that helps you slow down and feel good.

Wild Emergy created the self care treat in our 2025 Summer Unwind box.

MEET CHLOE

Paint Like Frida

Fresh out of her Fine Art degree and staring down the uncertainty of 2020 lockdowns, Chloe threw herself into an idea that lit her up: creating paint-by-numbers kits that were so beautiful, they could be framed and hung with pride.

She invested her savings, spent sleepless nights sketching collections, and took the leap. Today, Chloe’s kits live in homes across Australia, and the world!

Chloe created the paint by numbers kit inside our 2025 Spring Unwind box.

MEET NICOLA AND LAUREN

Journey of Something

Started in Melbourne by two friends who loved jigsaw puzzles but hated how daggy they looked, Nicola (an ex-lawyer) and Lauren (a graphic designer) set out to make screen-free activities beautiful.

Their mission is to bring mindful, design-led creativity back into everyday life.

Nicola and Lauren created the paint-your-own vase kits inside our 2025 Summer Unwind box.

MEET AISLING & MARGARET

Lula

When Brisbane sisters Aisling and Margaret discovered self-warming eye masks overseas, they wanted to bring them home to Australia.

But just as they started prototyping, life threw them a curveball: both were diagnosed with breast cancer, six weeks apart. Through chemotherapy and recovery, the masks became their personal sanctuary, bringing moments of comfort.

Our 2025 Spring Unwind box included their eye masks as the self-care treat.

MEET STEPH

STITCHED UP KITS

Steph grew up sewing outfits for her Beanie Kids and cross-stitching with her sister. But as an engineering student, her creative side faded away... until she stumbled into embroidery during the 2020 lockdowns.

For the first time, she’d found a craft that matched her structured, engineering brain while still giving her the freedom of creativity. She fell in love instantly. Now, through Stitched Up Kits, Steph shares that joy with others.

Steph created the embroidery kit in our 2025 Spring Unwind box.
