Shipping & Magical Deliveries

We ship your box on the date specified on our product page (if you have pre-ordered), or within 2-4 business days (if it’s not a pre-order). We use Australia Post for all deliveries and we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can stalk—we mean, follow—your parcel all the way home. Delivery times vary depending on your location and, occasionally, the mood of the postal gods. 

Q: When will my box of joy arrive?

A: If you have pre-ordered a box, you box will be shipped on the date specified on the product page. For non pre-orders, we aim to pack and ship your goodies within 2–4 business days. After that, it’s up to the postie! Most orders arrive in 3–10 business days (depending on where in the world you are).

Q: Do you ship worldwide?

A: We sure do! From Sydney to Spain, our kits are well-traveled. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

Q: Can I track my order?

A: You bet. As soon as your box ships out, you’ll get a tracking number to stalk—we mean, follow—your parcel all the way home.
