Meet the Founders
Hi! We're Tahnée and Kate
We’re two Aussie girls who met while living in Canada over a decade ago, when Kate worked at Vancouver Art Gallery and Tahnée was a floral designer.
Fast forward 4 children, relocations back to Australia and two career changes and you arrive in January 2025 when Tahnée (the dreamer) sent Kate (the do-er) a text message that read “I have a business idea and I can’t do it without you”.
And thank goodness Kate said “I’m in!”, otherwise Unwind Co. would still be an idea in Tahnée’s Notes app!
With opposite brains but a shared love of creativity we’re on a mission to help women just like us to slow down, switch off, and discover the joy of creativity one creative project at a time.

So what is Unwind Co, exactly?
Unwind is a seasonal box of screen-free creative projects designed to help you switch off, slow down, and reconnect with your creative side.
What's in each box?
Each box includes two screen-free creative projects (with all the materials and instructions you need), a self-care treat and our signature Unwind tote. No prep, no stress, no rummaging through that one junk drawer where craft items go to die.
How does it work?
We launch 4 limited-edition boxes per year—one for each season. Pre-orders open first to our email list, and once they’re gone, they’re gone! Want to guarantee your box? A subscription is the way to go.
Do I need to subscribe?
Not at all! Every box is available for pre-order as a one-time purchase.
If you'd like to *guarantee* yourself a box each season though, a subscription is the way to go. Subscribers save 15% and get to skip the pre-order process. There's a minimum 6-month / 2-box commitment for subscriptions.
Can I send an Unwind box as a gift?
Absolutely. Just add the recipient's delivery address in the shipping information and add a gift note in the "Special Instructions" section. We'll write your message on a cute card in Kate’s lovely handwriting (because no one can decipher Tahnée’s ex-journo shorthand). We’ll handle the packing, and good vibes. You get the credit and best gift-giver accolades.
Do you have gift cards?
We sure do. You can purchase an Unwind Co gift card that the recipient can redeem on any future seasonal box.
Do you ship worldwide?
You betcha! From Sydney to Spain, our kits are well-traveled. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
